Franco-British interior designer, Kemey studied at the University of the Arts in London and at KLC School Of Design in Chelsea.
Kemey initially specialised in production design for stage and screen before expanding her skills to interior design and decoration, working mainly for luxury residential interior design and high-end bespoke furniture design studios.
Kemey has an in-depth knowledge of the decorative arts, particularly in textiles, ceramics and furniture. She has a keen eye for detail with a technical understanding of scale, proportion, ergonomics and space. Over the years, Kemey has also developed a strong sense of colour, being able to see subtle differences in tones and to put complementary schemes together in an ingenious way. She loves sourcing antiques and incorporates unique pieces into her decorative schemes to create an original and personalised universe.
Kemey is very enthusiastic about her work and likes to compose a playful style that emphasises functionality and conviviality.
In addition, Kemey cultivates a hands-on approach to design and, whenever possible, enjoys introducing sustainable materials into projects.
