One bedroom flat
This one bedroom flat was used as pied-à-terre during the week by a very busy businessman. Although located in the centre of town, the owner wanted his flat to feel like a holiday home where he could also relax and unwind after a long day’s work.
A sense of warmth invades the luminous kitchen thanks to pastel yellow cabinets chosen in a satin finish. Although long and narrow, the kitchen still allows room for a breakfast bar. Gorgeous ceramic tiles in aqua colour brighten up the bathroom while creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. To tie in the design together, beautiful acacia walnut lacquered engineered floorboards were laid in every room.
This project involved refurbishment of the kitchen and bathroom as well as sourcing pieces of furniture and accessories in the living room.
Brief included concept, presentation of colour palette and finishes, sourcing finishes (tiles and engineered floorboards), design of kitchen, research and purchase of appliances and sanitary ware, overseeing installation (engineered floorboards, kitchen cabinet, bar, appliances, bathroom tiles and sanitary ware), selection of furniture and accessories, sourcing, styling of furniture and decorative items.
